Now in its fourth year, Manly Health and Wellness Day returns to Manly Beachfront on Saturday 28 February 2026, running from 7am to 2pm.
Presented in partnership by Northern Beaches Council and the Manly Business Chamber, this year’s event brings together local businesses, community members and wellness experts for a day dedicated to health, fitness and connection.
Northern Beaches Mayor Sue Heins said the aim is to unite and support the local health and wellness community.
“Many of us make health and fitness a New Year’s Resolution. The Manly Health and Wellness Day is a perfect way to boost your health goals to being a new you.
“With last year’s fantastic turnout, it’s clear our residents are passionate about wellbeing.
“Manly’s health and wellness community continues to thrive, and this event is an opportunity to celebrate and strengthen those connections in a fun, interactive environment,” Mayor Heins said.
Manly Business Chamber President Steve Carrodus added,
“Manly’s Health and Wellness Day is all about fostering a sense of community and inspiring positive change. Thanks to our collaboration with Council, we’re inviting everyone to take part, discover local businesses and make the most of what Manly has to offer. Whether you’re new to wellness or already on your journey, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved, connect and thrive together.”
