Waterline by Drew Truslove at Michael Reid Northern Beaches

One colour. One continuous line. Drew Truslove's Waterline takes his pen to the Australian coastline at Michael Reid Northern Beaches in Brookvale until Thursday 29 October.

Working in a single mineral blue ink on canvas, Truslove builds his landscapes from looping lines that thicken and gather around tree trunks and gripping roots. People play in the shallows and walk the sand, but the water and the coastal trees take centre stage.

It's his fourth solo show with the gallery after three sell-out exhibitions, and follows his runner-up finish in the 2024 National Emerging Art Prize.

Free entry. Gallery hours are Tuesday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
