Manly’s waterfront dining scene has a new reason to celebrate. Stanley has been awarded Two Hats by Good Food, putting this Cantonese newcomer firmly on the local food map.

Stanley, the Cantonese restaurant bringing Hong Kong-inspired dining to Manly Wharf, has received Two Hats from Good Food.
Not a bad way to make an entrance.
Backed by hospitality group Artemus Group, Stanley arrived on the Manly waterfront with an ambitious vision for Chinese dining, led by acclaimed Chef Louis Tikaram.
With impressive seafood, staple Asian flavours and delicacy in every meal, the well-deserved recognition has arrived just as Stanley firmly establishes itself in its new Sydney home.
FROM BRISBANE TO THE BEACHES
Stanley began in Brisbane at Howard Smith Wharves. The Manly opening represents the next chapter for Stanley, grounded in Cantonese cooking, Australian produce and the pleasure of bringing people together over a great meal.
At the helm is Louis Tikaram, a chef whose career has taken him from Australia’s leading restaurant kitchens to Los Angeles, where he led the kitchen at EP & LP in West Hollywood.
Inspired by travels and grounded by his roots, Stanley’s menu showcases some of the best seafood, meat, vegetables and fruit whilst drawing on traditional Cantonese flavours. It's a heavlenly menu designed to be shared, paying homage to his connection with culture, food and family.
It’s a style of dining that feels right at home on the Beaches. Good food, a table full of people and the harbour just beyond the window.

Manly Wharf has continued to evolve as a destination for dining and entertainment, and Stanley adds another dimension to the mix.
