Opening at 32 The Corso this April, Manly's newest wellness club brings premium sauna, ice bath and steam room facilities to your doorstep, a short stroll from the beach, the Wharf and right in the middle of everything.

There's a rhythm to it. You step into the warmth of the sauna, let the heat do its work, then ease into the cold. Breathe through it. Emerge. The steam room pulls you back down into something quieter. Repeat as needed.

This is the experience XtraClubs has refined across three Sydney locations, and now Manly gets its turn.

Opening in April 2026 at 32 The Corso, the new club carries the same considered approach that's made Bondi Junction, Green Square and Marrickville popular with those serious about recovery. Inside, members have access to a large Traditional Finnish Sauna, four custom-built Infrared Saunas, six Ice Baths set between 3°C and 12°C, and a beautifully designed Steam Room.

The space itself reflects that same intention. Natural light, travertine flooring and calm aesthetic finishes make this somewhere you actually want to be, not just somewhere you go. Doors open at 6am and close at 11pm, every day, giving you every reason to make it a daily ritual rather than an occasional treat.

The connection to Manly runs deeper than the address. Founder Anthony Simonetta first ran ice bath events on Manly beach back in 2023, and the response stayed with him.

"We met so many people who were very engaged in their wellness," he says. "We knew we had to find a location that would make sauna, ice bath and steam room facilities accessible to everyone."

Memberships are designed with that accessibility in mind, starting from $19.95 per week. Casual visitors are welcome too at $39 per 90-minute session, with full access to everything inside.

The founding membership drive has drawn strong early interest, with discounts of up to $780 for your first year. By the time you read this, those founding rates may be gone. However, standard memberships remain accessible across all tiers. Your body will thank you for not waiting.
